Enjoyed the drive thru employee. She was quite delightful. Although I left my change, she was apologetic about me having to come back and returned my change with no problems. They say three strikes and you're out. Thanks to this employee, it was third time the most charming. Thanks for the laugh I needed that.

I had there breakfast sandwich today at this location and it is hands down the best breakfast sandwich ive had other then home. Service was fast and cost was on point. Finally a solution to good,fast, and affordable breakfast. Watch out Mcdonalds and Burger King you have competition for the morning spot. Finally.

Had the brisket plate and it was delicious. Staff was friendly and quick. Place is a little worn in but it’s clean.

I have nothing bad to say about Frayser Blvd location. Good food, great customer service. Kudos to the young lady at the front counter on 2/26, around 1pm....you were looking for a customer's receipt. You were willing to look in the trash for it, to make sure when the customer came to picked up their order it would be correct. Keep up the great work!

Never had a bbq nacho in my life... Miss Leighann made a believer out of me! This was amazing and the staff was so polite! Store clean and service was fast!

I went to this Tops Bar-B-Q location on July 29, 2023. Luckily there wasn't a line when I entered the place. I ordered the Bar-B-Q fries. The order didn't take long to get ready. The Bar-B-Q fries was just so delicious. Everything just blended well together.

People tend to criticize negatively when they experience a situation they don't like but in good situations they leave fewer reviews. I am not a local and just happened to be in the area for business so I randomly chose this restaurant and the food was good and the staff was polite. If I come again, I will choose this restaurant again.
